This policy describes your right to withdraw from distance contracts and our procedures for returns and refunds, in line with Finnish and EU consumer law.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party you designate (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by post, email, or phone). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission or any other clear statement. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. unsealed food supplements or capsules that have been opened).
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

If you have requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportional to what has been performed until you communicated your withdrawal. We will inform you of this before you make such a request.

5. Return procedure (step-by-step)

  1. Contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period by email or phone to inform us of your wish to return the product(s). Please provide your order reference or name and email used for the order.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your return request and, where applicable, provide you with return instructions or a return label if we offer one.
  3. Pack the product(s) securely. Where possible, use the original packaging. Products should be unused and unopened (seal intact) to qualify for a full refund, unless the product is defective.
  4. Send the goods to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise or the product is defective.
  5. Once we have received the returned goods and verified that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days as required by law.

6. Defective or non-conforming goods

If the goods you received are defective or do not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, damaged, or not as described), you have statutory rights under Finnish and EU consumer law. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the circumstances. Please contact us as soon as you discover the defect or non-conformity. We may ask you to provide photos or a description of the issue. For defective or non-conforming goods, we will typically cover the cost of return shipping; we will confirm this when you contact us.

7. Refund method and timing

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of (a) our receipt of your withdrawal notice, or (b) our receipt of the returned goods (or your evidence of having sent them), whichever is applicable. In the case of defective or non-conforming goods, the timing may vary depending on the steps we take (inspection, replacement, etc.); we will keep you informed.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit your account after we have processed the refund.

8. Business customers

If you are purchasing in the course of your trade, business, or profession, the statutory right of withdrawal under consumer law may not apply. Returns may still be accepted at our discretion or under any separate agreement. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

9. Questions and complaints

If you have any questions about returns or refunds, or if you wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details in section 1. We will respond as soon as possible. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board but will consider your case fairly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our procedures or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we make changes. Changes do not affect your statutory rights. For orders already placed, the version of the policy in effect at the time of your order may apply to the extent relevant.
